COVID-19 Update From Idaho Spas
Our team at Idaho Spas has been closely monitoring the progression of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. The health and safety of our employees, customers and the general public is always our top priority. Until further notice, our showroom will remain open. We encourage customers to reach us by phone or text from our website for information about sales and service. You can contact our team for a phone or virtual appointment, request spa service or speak to one of our associates about purchasing water care products. No matter your need or concern, we are here to assist you.
While our showroom remains open, we are offering a curbside chemical and product service, where one of our team members will deliver your products to you outside of the showroom and maintain a reasonable distance. Our curbside service is available from 10 A.M. until 3 P.M., Monday through Saturday. Our experts are also available for both private showroom appointments and video calls to help meet your needs.

USING YOUR HOT TUB
The CDC has made a statement regarding the use of hot tubs and swimming pools during this time:
“There is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools and hot tubs. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools and hot tubs should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.”

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
The health and safety of our team, customers and the general public is always our top priority. Our employees are doing their part to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Our employees have been instructed, encouraged and supported to practice proper hand hygiene and social distancing, while at the same time monitoring their health closely.
Our employees are washing their hands frequently with soap and warm water, and for at least 20 seconds each time, including both before and after each service appointment and while in the showroom. We are also sanitizing the showroom regularly, including all high-touch surfaces such as door handles, washrooms, computers, countertops, and display items.
We are practicing social distancing by keeping a minimum six foot distance from all customers. We are also sanitizing and disinfecting any areas that we come into contact with during all service appointments. If any of our team members are feeling unwell, they have been instructed to stay home, self isolate, and contact their health care provider.
During this time, we want you to stay happy, healthy and safe. Using your hot tub with the family can be a great way to spend your free time and make the most of your home.
